Nixon "Nick" Galloway was an American fine artist known for his aviation art. Born into a family of pilots, Nick served in Naval aviation during World War II. He left the Navy as a licensed pilot in 1946 at the age of 20, and though he wanted to fly, competition among military pilots was fierce and Nick instead pursued an aviation career on canvas. Nick was a graduate of the ArtCenter College of Design. In 1990, he illustrated the box art for 688 Attack Sub for the Sega Genesis.
