Description: Steve Lang painted this art for Beeline Group to be the box art for Bug Blasters: The Exterminators, a Sega CD game intended to be released in 1995 by Sony Entertainment. The game was an on-the-rails shoot-'em-up game paired with many full motion video cutscenes, in which the Bug Blasters—Ghost Busters-like exterminators with a highly specialized weaponry—combat monstrous insects mutated from a chemical spill. The game was cancelled late in development after this box art had already been commissioned. Though the game was not officially released, it was completed and a prototype has since emerged. It was distributed commercially (without Steve's art) by Good Deal Games in 2001.
