  8. Description: This is a preliminary sketch by Greg Hildebrandt for a poster included with Civilization 4: Gold Edition. The game was published by 2K Games for Windows in 2007. The foreground of this sketch has a few sections that were drawn separately and taped onto the main page to form the final composition, a process Greg often used to work out and hone various compositional elements.
