Joe Spencer is a California-based American artist. Graduating from the then-Atlanta College of Art, Joe has been a professional artist since the 1970s. Throughout his long career in the entertainment industry, Joe has worked in traditional and digital media, some of which was for video games. Non-game work included licensing art for Disney as well as for the properties of other animation studios, movie and album art, and travel posters. A former Imagineer, Joe contributed concept, design, and illustration art for Disney’s Tomorrowland Pavilion.
