Description: David Lee Anderson was a concept artist for Bethesda. Most of his art was conceptual or was used for in game scenes. When Elder Scrolls II Daggerfall was due for one of the big winter consumer shows, they asked David to create the box art so they could show it at the trade show. He faxed a sketch because they were going to digitally color it due to the show being a day or two out. He jumped right into the painting after faxing, ultimately Bethesda used Louise Sandoval's cover art. David noted that he didn't even know for a year they weren't using his. They sometimes hired multiple artists to do the same job.
